If you have accessed your mailbox via IMAP then you can also upload it to Gmail account. And after sycing data you can re-configure for Outlook. This is the only manual way to transfer Thunderbird mailbox to Outlook. For this party tool, you can try Mails Daddy, Sysbud, etc.
