Microsoft Outlook for Mac quick-step / template ?

Hi,

Had massive issues recently with Outlook, ending with me having to uninstall and now install I guess the latest version of Outlook. 

This version is Microsoft Outlook for Mac Version 16.77.1

I get flooded with certain e-mails I need to be able to quickly send the same template e-mail too...

In the past I have used a feature called a 'Quick Step' that would allow me to press 1 key and send that e-mail a templated e-mail.

Where is this feature / its updated/better version in this new version of Outlook?
