Yes, but the analysis should be done by your IT department, and the administrator, these should be your first steps because - incorrect configuration can cause it.

My Microsoft account was temporarily blocked for unknown reasons, and in order to regain access, I filled out the compliance lock form as it appeared to be the only available option. After completing the form, I received an email from Microsoft stating that they would contact me and providing a ticket number. However, almost 100 hours have passed and I have not received any follow-up communication from Microsoft.
