Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2503 Build 16.0.18623.20178) 32-bit
I have had an issue with emails being slow to open. Sometimes as long as 10 seconds. I am part of a 5-member crew that shares an email. Each one of us works a different shift. We also have individual email accounts as well. The slowness is same in both accounts. The main issue is with a distribution list with 99 recipients. This starts over every night at midnight. As the day progresses and more people respond the opening gets slower. I am pretty sure this is a meta data issue. My company is international and uses exchange. Does anyone know where to stop collecting of data? Is it a corporate setting or am i able to disable on my end?
