Miccrosoft Outlook and Windows 11

My microsoft outlook will not open a email template in a new window for me to send.  It creates an email  template, I can see it there when my mouse points over it on the bottom task bar but it still will not open fore me to use? Any siggestions on how to fix this, its a pain as now I cant send any emails?
