Merging Multiple Microsoft Business Calendars

Is there a good workaround to merge multiple Microsoft Business Calendars? Say someone works for multiple companies and has different Microsoft 365 email addresses through each company. Is there a way to merge all of those different calendars related to each company and email address? It seems Microsoft won't allow it for security reasons.
