Meeting organizers in Outlook
Can an Outlook even have multiple organizers? Or at least individuals who can reschedule and cancel meetings? Can I create an event on someone's behalf so I can be the organizer?

I am an independent advisor answering questions about Outlook.
The calendar can use the Share a Calendar feature to assign permission to a designate person.
New Outlook / Outlook for Web Versions
Outlook Settings icon | Calendar | Shared Calendars
Select the calendar you want to share.
Identify user and permission level.
