- They could use better colors... oh, because you have imap, after you make the view, save it as a new name and use the new view. IMAP views are often reset when you restart Outlook - you might need to reapply the custom view but it should not be erased (unless you delete or rename the ost file).

Here I have everything set up, apart from macro, will do it later on.
One thing microsoft could change, in conditional formatting there is only few basic colours to choose from, definitely could be more. Also orange is missing, why....
Strange thing, when I exit outlook and reopen it, this additional column with category as well as all my conditional formatting was gone.
