Making Phone Calls from within Outlook 365 using Google Voice Number

I am a new subscriber to Office 365 Biz. I have a Google Voice phone number which I have been using to make and receive calls through my Google Gmail browser windows in "Hangout".

 I have a USB headset w/ microphone.

Is it possible to make phone calls from Outlook 365 using my Google Voice number?

I keep getting "an internal error occurred in the automatic phone dialer outlook 2016" message when I try to make a call.

Any suggestions?
