Mailto Issue Outlook Android

Hi community , I found this bug. 

I have a button with a href in  a email :

href="mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons?subject=<id>1234</id><user>user1234</user>"

So, when  I receive this email in an outlook android and press the button, the new answer email doesn't have <id> or <user>.

In the case of Outlooks iOS,  it works correctly.

How can I create a ticket  to follow this issue?
