Mail Merge in New Outlook

I finally used Mail Merge in New Outlook. I haven’t been able to find any official documentation since the feature was released in December 2024. For anyone who’s been curious or struggling with how it works, I’ve captured my learnings in a detailed blog post and walkthrough video.
