Lost Outlook Password!
Speaking for a friend (REALLY)... She had an outlook.com account for some time that she used very infrequently. She rarely used email. Last week she deleted a trial Office 365 account in preparati...
Was she logged on another device ? This could help her with the verification form.
Or even better : if she was logged in on the web app she could be able to retrieve these informations from the browser's saved passwords (if she used it during log in).
