Lost Outlook Password!
Speaking for a friend (REALLY)... She had an outlook.com account for some time that she used very infrequently. She rarely used email. Last week she deleted a trial Office 365 account in preparati...
She needs to just keep filling out the form, twice a day, every day, until she gets it back. When she gets the account back, add at least 2 addresses or phone numbers to the account on the security page. This will help her get back in if she ever forgets the password again.
Is there any chance she logged into the account from a browser and let the browser save the password? If yes, the browser setting's password repository.
