Long email address when sending emails from outlook

Hi,

I'm using my organization email "email address removed for privacy reasons" as Primary alias for outlook.com account and its working fine, the only issue we have is when I send email using Microsoft Outlook,  email account appears as "outlook_[long series of letters and numbers]@outlook.com", and when someone reply to that email it bounced back. So is there any way it should show my official email "email address removed for privacy reasons" when I send email using Outlook app.
