Logged out of authenticator, can't log in anymore

Hi all, 

I'm logged out of my Authenticator after an iPhone restore. Attempted to log in, but both recovery methods brings me to a dead end (states that this method is not available now). More BG info, I did not backup authenticator and do not have the recovery code.
