I have a similar issue. Logged me out on my phone when outlook went down at the weekend. Put my phone number in. Sends me a code then won’t let me enter new password although I have tried numerous ones. Tried to recover email. Used exactly the correct last 5 sent emails with subject box as I can still see it on my email and saying that I have failed recovery.
please help.
