Locked out of account
Hi. I recently changed my mobile phones and I swapped the data from my old phone to new. My outlook email account and authentication app both asked for my login and passwords. This is where my issue ...
i am also stuck, But in my case i know my password. I have enable the password less enabled and now it is locked. It keep saying account is locked and i reuest otp nothing happening. Were you able to get back to account
