Linked Image cannot be displayed in Signature

Linked image not showing in Outlook Client where as same image displays fine on owa. The error we get is "the linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted". The image is part of signature created on Exchange Online using Mail flow Transport rule where it is pointing to image URL.
