Junk E-mail - find out reason
Hi:
I don't know if this is a Outlook client, or with the subscription. Other than making changes to junk folder settings, such as add recipient as trusted senders, I need to find out why a particular message was sent their in the first place. Just because a e-mail comes from a legitimate company, does not mean it is safe.

First, check out whether it was Outlook that marked the message, or the server: https://www.slipstick.com/outlook/rules/moved-message-junk-email-folder/
Then, examine the headers. They will depend on the type of account you have and the hygiene solution, here's for example the article that details the Exchange Online Protection related ones: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/anti-spam-message-headers?view=o365-worldwide
