Issue/Problem: Unable to Auto-forward the mail which are coming from MAILER-DAEMON@cleansmtp.powerel

My Outlook Rule:
Where my name is in the To box
and with '-some keyword'
forward it ti email address removed for privacy reasons

when the mail is coming from any other account the the above rule is working the above rule is not working when the mail is coming from the ID: Mail Delivery System with mail: email address removed for privacy reasons

Can someone please help me with solution. my AIM is to auto forward the mail which are coming from email address removed for privacy reasons to OtheroutlookiD.

(Just informing i have already tried all possible types of rules combination but still there is same issue)
