issue with user outlook inbox
hello i have a user that have on her outlook inbox and boite de reception. on old laptop i build a new laptop for her install office after the language to set to french i still see Inbox and boi...
Had the same issue before, sometimes Outlook doesn’t fully sync the folder names even after the /resetfoldernames command. Try removing the account completely, then re-add it after making sure Windows and Office display languages are both set to French. Once it syncs fresh, the folders should all show as Boîte de réception etc.
