Issue with HTML rendering on Outlook email client on Windows Machine

Email content with HTML is rendered incorrectly on Outlook email client on Windows Machine but it is being rendered properly on Web Exchange and also on Mac devices ( Outlook email client). Could you please help to provide an insight on this. Attached are the screenshot from Windows and Mac Outlook clients.
