Issue with emails being delayed when sent

Here are some troubleshooting steps I would offer my client if I got this request:
- Extensions on the browser for AV?
- Is the client traveling when sending these?
- Are they on a VPN?
- Did you have them try incognito browser?
- Did you have them try another browser?
- Is there account restricted in the admin portal?
Thank you for the response. She is using VPN and a VDI in Citrix to acccess Webmail.
She has been able to replicate the issue and I have seen it. I just opened a support case with Microsoft to have them see if they can figure something out.
Hey Brian - we're seeing something that might be similar.... users sending email and it showing up days or even a week later. Not even visible in sent items until then. very strange. We are using "new outlook" - but I don't know if that is related... about 3 users reporting - and the only reported cases are inter-tenant...
