Is there a safe way of importing old Windows Outlook Express files into new Mac Outlook?

I currently use Outlook for Mac ver 16.75, using a Microsoft Exchange account.

Recently I found all my old Windows HDs. Each one has my old Outlook Express files. I would love to be able to import all my old folders into the current Outlook that I use. Is there a defined way to do this? An app? Something safe?

Thank you

    Hi SergioDCQ,

To import old Windows Outlook Express files into new Mac Outlook app, you can use this:

    1. Export Outlook Express data: On your Windows computer, open Outlook Express and export your data as .pst files. This will create a backup of your Outlook Express emails, contacts, and other data.

Back up your email - Microsoft Support

    2. Transfer the .pst files to your Mac: Copy the exported .pst files from your Windows HDs to your Mac.

    3. Use the Outlook Import feature: Open Outlook for Mac and go to the "File" menu. Select "Import" and choose "Outlook Data File" or "Outlook for Windows Archive File (.pst)." Browse to the location of the transferred .pst files and select the ones you want to import.

Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file - Microsoft Support

Maybe I should have been clearer. I have my old Windows HDs. I do not have running windows systems.
