Is it possible to attach screenshots in Outlook?

Is it possible to use Snip and Sketch to capture a screenshot, then attach to a reply in an email thread? I need it to be an attachment, like in the header of the email under the subject line, not in the body of the email. And I need to able to attach it to a reply, not start a new email thread.
