Inbox access without providing user passwords

This may seem like a strange requirement, but here goes anyway.

We have a need to provide users with access to Office 365 (Outlook) email on their own mobile phones, but we do not wish to provide the users with passwords for those email accounts for security reasons. Is there a way to provide access without providing the users with the login details?
