In a POP setup, the Sent folder does not download to desktop client. What is the fix?

Hello, I tried searching for this inquiry but I could not find this topic having been covered. Apologize 1st if I missed it and this is a duplicate.

In my POP setup, I can download only the contents of the Inbox to my Outlook desktop client; the contents of the Sent folder does not "copy over". I checked this with ChatGPT and it gave me seemingly valid and logical procedures, but for versions that do not, or do not yet, exist. I tried.

Can someone kindly share the knowledge on how the Sent folder can be downloaded under a  POP setup? I might be missing a few steps.
