Impossible to recover my outlook account

Helloeveryone 
i need to recover my account that i don't have accees anymore , it has been years that im trying to get back my account which has a really important information for me , i changed my number that is linked to this account so i cant link my account number anymore to do the sms verification which is the only option that i have 
for the recovery method i have try it several time and all the times it fail because the leak of information that i have.
thats normal i have a leak of information because it has been years that i'm trying to get it back but always unable to do anything
