Importing Contacts to Outlook 2016

I succeeded in importing my contacts to outlook.com, but when it synced in Outlook 2016, only 2 e-mail addresses showed up and they're from an old contact list. When I click on Import Contacts, it wants me to create a new account. I already have two accounts created in there. What else can I try to get my latest contacts list imported? Thank you.
