Import Of Outlook 2013 pst file didn't include autocomplete list?

I recently upgraded a user from Office 2013 to 2019 (and migrated them to a new computer) and specifically they use Outlook a lot. It's a well known fact that "Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and earlier versions store the AutoComplete list in a nickname (. nk2) file on the disk. Outlook 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013, and 2010 store the AutoComplete list as a hidden message in your primary message store." now I created a new Pst file and then used the Outlook import pst file function in Outlook 2019 to import the entirety of the old Outlook file into the new. However a major complaint by the user is that their autocomplete list in the To field of a new email appears to be empty and is missing or wasn't imported, so how can this be fixed? How can I import that autocomplete list from the old Outlook Pst file to the new Pst file?

As far I understand, you are unable to import old PST to New PST file. In this case, I would recommend you try a free trial version of Weeom PST to Office 365 Migration tool. It will help you to import PST files into Office 365, live Exchange, New PST, EML, and MSG.

deepakweeomYeah "As far I understand, you are unable to import old PST to New PST file" no that's not what I said at all. I said that I imported the Outlook Pst file and the autocomplete list for the "To" field in emails was not imported as well. As I pointed out in my original message in Outlook 2007 and older the autocomplete list was a separate file usually Outlook.nk2 but in newer versions of outlook "Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and earlier versions store the AutoComplete list in a nickname (. nk2) file on the disk. Outlook 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013, and 2010 store the AutoComplete list as a hidden message in your primary message store." so the autocomplete list in Outlook 2013 which is what the user had was stored as a hidden message in the old pst file but when the old pst file was imported everything except the auto complete list was imported. How do I get that autocomplete list from the old Outlook.pst file to the new Outlook pst file?
