Import Apple Contacts into Outlook for Mac

Hi there,

I am trying to find a way of importing 2,000 contacts from my Apple Contacts directory into my Outlook mail client (Outlook for Mac) and I cannot work out based on the help files or this forum how to do it, surely this is possible?
