Image not visible in Outlook 2016

When I click the images, it doesn't show the picture but pop out a black window and the window automatically close after few seconds. I've tried to below listed methods but all didn't work.

Tried Methods:

- untick the "Don't download pictures automatically in standard HTML e-email messages or RSS items."

- clear cache inside RoamCache from %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook

- editor option show picture placeholders
