I saw an internal publishing page when I attempted to log in to Outlook.com.

I encounter this phenomenon repeatedly for more than a half of year.
When I open https://outlook.live.com/ after login, everything is working correctly again. I suggest that you might open outlook homepage URL when this issue happens.
I don't know the exact reason that causes this. But the fact that re-opening outlook website resolving this means that this is neither a simple problem and nor caused by specific extensions like uBlockOrigin or Ghostery. I guess that this issue is derived from the design of outlook because gmail has never show error under the same condition that I'm using.
