I requested to download my mailbox data (After 4 days I have not got the link to download) - WHY?

Its been nearly a week and when I check the activity...it still says in progress (after 7 days)

And to pre-empt the common questions that delay a response: Yes...I am using the latest windows upgrades. Yes...all software antivirus is up-to-date. Yes...My hotmail/outlook is running fine.

Any assitance please.
