I prefer Outlook Classic

Could you please look for a solution for classic Outlook where the original email content or the previous conversation is recorded?

I don't consider the new Outlook as an option.

    Can you elaborate upon your request?

    Including the original email upon replying/forwarding is enabled by default and can be configured via;
    File-> Options-> Mail-> section: Replies and forwards

    Here, make sure that the options for replying and forwarding are set to: Include original message text

      sorry, this is also not right. there is no options at the file bottom.

    So how long is it going to take to find a solution for this issue.  The Help article said you were working on a solution. It is very annoying to not be able to forward or send the original information from an email. I much prefer the legacy Outlook. If you are not going to fix it, I need to be looking into other options.  Thank you!
