I need help with email alias.
I need emails to go to an alias mailbox and not my personal email. How do I create that?

An alias email address is tied to your primary account resulting alias messages will remain in the inbox.
You create a rule to move all alias messages to a folder. This method will require discipline to review regularly.
You can work with an IT admin to create a shared mailbox. This method provides an entire new mailbox with it's own system and custom Outlook folders and settings.
