I keep getting these messages from email address removed for privacy reasons

I have suddenly started getting these sinister messages in my inbox:

 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

 

obazamyron (at) hotmail.com
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

 

In no case did I actually try to forward the message to anyone. What is going on here?

N.B.: recently I was notified that my email address and password had been posted on the Dark Web. I immediately changed the password.

    It does appear your account was compromised, that email address is typical of scammers loading in all sorts of random emails. Check your sent messages and go back as far as you can view...you might see some behavior in there that gives you a timeline if your account was compromised. Be sure to add on 2-step authentication as well.
