I can't set mails

I can't set mails
In the web application, I can no longer see the icon for pinning/setting an email. I have deleted cookies, history etc. and nothing. I have tried to deactivate this option and reactivate it and it does not appear.

    Hi, please reduce the zoom in your browser settings to 75%, but the 3 dots should expand the pinned icon as a label.

      I tried that too. It doesn't work.
      I have tried it on another computer and the same thing happens.
      Other users don't have this problem. It seems very strange to me.
