I can't add gmail to Outlook2013

Hello    please help.I can't add gmail to Outlook2013 Error message see below   IMAP set to imap.gmail.com SMTP set to smtp.gmail.com     Thank you   Tom

    We recommend that you update Outlook. 2021.
