How to view sender's IP quickly?

Thank you. The app seems to have the function I need. It is for web Outlook if I understand it correctly. I need something for desktop Outlook.
It's for all supported versions of Outlook, desktop included.
I installed MHA, restarted both my web browser and Microsoft Outlook desktop, but could not find the MHA button.
