How to transfer old files from outlook 2007 to 365
Hello
I was using outlook 2007 in my old computer. Now I want to transfer old emails of 7 years (sent and received) to outlook 365. Can anybody help? Thanks.

I just joined. I realise this message is 2yrs too late but for anyone else reading:
Outlook installed on a desktop/laptop: The usual way to backup is to save .PST files.
Menu=>File=>Import/Export=>Select Export to a File=>Personal Folder File (.pst)=>Now chose eg inbox and don't forget to tick the checkBox "subfolders". Enter passwords and that's it. You may wish to compact first. Repeat for SentItems, Contacts, Calendar.
