How to stop notification ?

I have an outlook account and it shows lots of notification when i am workinghttp://modapky.com This makes me feel something bad and also disturb my focus from work

    Which notifications do you want to stop and for which version of Outlook and Windows?

    In Windows 10, most notifications can be turned off via;
    Start-> Settings-> System-> Notifications & actions-> search for Outlook in the list
