How to search email by unique categories
Hello, Are you aware of a way to search emails which are flagged with a category alone? e.g. I could have emails flagged with 2 categories, "my","CatA". But I could also have emails with just "my" c...

I am an independent advisor answering Outlook questions.
You can use the Search Syntax:
category:"my" NOT category:"CatA"
Your results will show "My" emails only without any combinations of "My" and "CatA".
