How to move entire inbox to a different account?
One of our employees recently resigned - I'd like to essentially keep a copy of their inbox somewhere. Is it possible to transfer all of their emails to a folder in my account? Is there a better way to handle this? I want to make this process repeatable if future employees leave - saving their inbox.

- There is no supported method for assigning the mailbox to another person. You can copy the content out of it, if that's sufficient. PST export/import would do on the client side, and programmatically you can use EWS or the Graph API.
