How to make rule that moves messages from all senders not in my address book

I'm using the new Outlook for Mac (16.64). I want to create a rule like this:

IF Sender is NOT in My Contacts

Move the message to Folder: "Screener"

I can't find any way of doing this using the rules interface. It only allows me to enter a specific email addresses or an email addresses with wildcards. Does anyone know of a way to do this, or an Add-in that offers this kind of filtering?
