How to link a jpeg to a jpeg in Outlook?

Is there an easy way to link a jpeg within the body of a Outlook test and link it to another jpeg image within the body of text? This is to prevent the recipient from scrolling so much to review thes...

Thanks what if Powerpoint slides were added to Outlook would it be able to link slide to slide?

As for your question about linking PowerPoint slides in Outlook, it’s possible to embed a PowerPoint slide in an email and maintain the hyperlinks.
Embed a page created in PPT with hyperlinks in an e-mail. - Microsoft Community
However, linking to a specific slide in an online PowerPoint presentation might be challenging.

You can perhaps use PowerPoint Online internal links, but I am not sure if this resolves your request:
