How to include the original subject in a reply rule / out of office

I'm looking to include the original subject received into a auto reply rule or within out of office, so rather than the out of office returning:

Subject: Automatic reply: Hello
Body: I am out of office.

This would be retruned:

Subject: Re: Hello
Body: I am out of office.

I have tried a few place holders such as, <subject> {{Item.Subject}} {{Received.Subject}} into a template but nothing seems to work, any suggestions to get a rule working in outlook?
