How to fix shared mailbox not showing emails older than one year (slider greyed out)
How do i fix my shared mailbox not showing emails older than a year? When i go into account settings to change the slider beyond 1 year, its completely greyed out. Thanks

- If the slider is grayed out, likely a policy is being enforced by your IT staff, so best check with them.
