How to add a shared mailbox in Outlook on iOS and Android

Hi,

I have a Office365 1 user license. With several shared mailboxes. Now I have hired someone to assist me processing all the mails received. Therefore I have created an extra MailUser account and provide FullAccess and send-as permission to the Shared Mailboxes.

Now I am able to acces the shared mailbox from OWA via the mailuser account, but i am unable to connect the shared mailbox with Outlook on iOS or Android.

With the Outlook on Windows I am able to succesfully create a profile for the Shared mailbox with the MailUser account.

What am I missing on iOS or Android. I do not want to use IMAP/POP, pure EAS.
