How do I stop Copilot from adding to my Outlook?
Same problem. I "turn off " Copilot in Outlook (on web), save, refresh the page, and it is turned back on. The toggle is fake.
I have organization administrator access and after digging around for half an hour, I cannot find a way to turn it off. There is a Copilot "Settings" tab that actually has no settings. Links that look like you could follow them to change settings are not clickable. For example there is one that says "Allow copilot access for your users." This is simply marked as "complete" and although that line is hyperlinked, clicking it does nothing.
There is a dashboard with an adoption score to gamify admins deploying Copilot to "encourage users to make Copilot a daily habit." (gross) There is another onboarding dashboard with lots of cards encouraging you to set it up on an organization level, but again, no actual settings to turn it off. This feels unethical.
I have sent a feedback message to Microsoft letting them know I do not want Copilot, if only because it is important that we are vocal about wanting the option to turn it off.
